Voicemail Settings
- Press the voicemail button and put in your 4-digit pin code followed by the “#” button(default pin is your extension#).
- Press “0” for mailbox options
- Here are the following options you can change:
- Dialing “1” allows you to change your greeting message..
- Dialing “2” allows you to change your busy message(recommend keeping it the same as your greeting message).
- Dialing “3” allows you to record your name.
- Dialing “4” allows you to record a temporary greeting(good for Holidays).**This will override your main voicemail message.**
- Dialing “5” allows you to change your voicemail PIN number
- Dialing “*” allows you to restart the voice menu prompts.
*We recommend configuring the highlighted options.*
Using Call Parks
If you are currently on a call with someone and you want to park them:
- Press the call park button( which is usually indicated as SP1 or SP2)
- Wait until the button light changes from GREEN to RED which will complete the parking process.
To pick up a call park:
- Press the call park button( which is usually indicated as SP1 or SP2)
- Wait until the button light changes from RED to GREEN. Once it turns GREEN, you can start your conversation.
*Note: If you don’t wait until the light turns GREEN, there will be a slight delay in the beginning of your conversation.
Transferring Calls
Press the button or the soft key on your screen that says “Transfer.”
- Select the “Blind Transfer” soft key that is on your screen to confirm the transfer.
- Type in the number you want to transfer to.
